The first question I like to ask is "Are you ready to give up"? Giving up smoking is more likely to be successful when you feel ready, rather than hoping that someone might make you do it. If the time is right then hypnotherapy can be a very effective way to achieve this goal. Think of the health benefits, not to mention the financial consequences. A 20-a-day habit can cost at least £1500 a year. Can you think of a better use for the money? Standing outside pubs, bars, restaurants and offices in the freezing cold is not much fun either. A 90 minute session is all it takes.
